Packages are typically shipped in 2 to 4 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping is typically via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included on all orders at no extra cost.
We do accept returns and exchanges. All products must be returned to us in new condition. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for all returns. This fee is waived for exchanges (you can choose to exchange your product for any product in our store of equal or greater value).
Shipping on returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. All returns and exchanges must be received by Custom Crops within 30 days of purchase. For purchases on or after November 1, the return period is extended to January 31.
We guarantee that your item will arrive as advertised in perfect condition. If you find any defects with your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days and we will exchange it. In these instances, Custom Crops will cover all shipping costs. |
