Packages are typically shipped in 2 to 4 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping is typically via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included on all orders at no extra cost.

We do accept returns and exchanges. All products must be returned to us in new condition. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for all returns. This fee is waived for exchanges (you can choose to exchange your product for any product in our store of equal or greater value). Shipping on returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. All returns and exchanges must be received by Custom Crops within 30 days of purchase. For purchases on or after November 1, the return period is extended to January 31.

We guarantee that your item will arrive as advertised in perfect condition. If you find any defects with your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days and we will exchange it. In these instances, Custom Crops will cover all shipping costs.

Free Shipping Offers
Often times we offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain dollar amount, for pre-ordered items, or with a coupon. Other items that receive free shipping will be designated as 'Free Shipping!' in the product title on the website.

If your shipping address is outside of the United States, please note that all advertised free shipping offers will not apply. We typically try to discount our normal shipping by 50% for international addresses when offering free shipping for our domestic customers, but sometimes due to the country we are shipping to or due to the weight of the item, this isn't always possible. For addresses outside of the United States, the shipping prices that are quoted on our website during the checkout process are the best shipping prices we have available to our customers at that time.

In the event that you received free shipping on a product and you later return or exchange the product, we will deduct all related shipping fees related to the original shipment from any refund you are due since we were unable to complete the original transaction. In the event that you received free shipping for your order because it totaled more than a certain dollar amount and you later return an item in your order that causes the original order less any returns to be less than the promotional free shipping dollar amount, we will deduct all related shipping fees related to the original shipment from any refund you are due since the original purchase less any returns no longer qualifies for the free shipping promotion.
