| Packages are typically shipped same day or next business day after receipt of payment unless you are ordering our custom scrapbooking letters as well. Shipping is typically via USPS or FedEx. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included on all orders at no extra cost.
We do accept returns and exchanges. All products must be returned to us in new condition. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for all returns. This fee is waived for exchanges (you can choose to exchange your product for any product in our store of equal or greater value).
Shipping on returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please e-mail us before returning it. All returns and exchanges must be received by Custom Crops within 30 days of purchase.
We guarantee that your item will arrive as advertised in perfect condition. If you find any defects with your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days and we will exchange it. In these instances, Custom Crops will cover all shipping costs. |
