Our international customers typically get their packages anywhere from 10 to 30 days after shipment all depending on how quickly the shipment clears customs. We have also seen more delays due to the holidays.Shipping time can be very random. Some customers get their orders in as little as 5 days while others don't get their order for 30 days. All packages are insured, so just in case it doesn't show up in 45 days, we can ship another package to you. We just ask that customers wait 45 days as this is what is required by our insurance provider. Also, we are often surprise at the number of times we have finally given up on a package and declared it "lost" only to find that it shows up the next day. Please be patient.We ship all international packages via USPS air, but we do find that sometimes USPS will erroneously ship the package by surface mail (i.e., by ocean). We also know that USPS does not have the best international mailing system, however, it does work 99% of the time and it's very economical for our customers. Also, duties through USPS are much cheaper than through UPS or FedEX because there is no brokerage fee added.
