I've sent you many e-mails, but you don't respond. Why?
Please know, we work very hard to provide a 5-star experience for all of our customers.  We truly appreciate all of our customers and understand that you often have questions that need individual attention.  We have an entire team of customer service representatives that do want to help and make sure we get all of your order and product questions answered.

Typically, we can respond to all e-mails within the same business day or next business day, but sometimes during peak seasons, it can take us several business days to get back to you.  Please don't send additional e-mails regarding the same issue as this just further slows us down.  Please be patient if there is a delay because this likely means that we are behind and are working hard to get caught up.  :o)
