Every once in awhile we have a customer that will bid on an auction by mistake. Please note that eBay will allow you to retract you bid if the auction has not ended yet. For details on how to do this, please refer to this page: http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/questions/retract-bid.html.
If you have won an eBay auction and you no longer want the item you have won, our policy is that you must purchase a different item(s) through our website (www.CustomCrops.com) for an equal or greater amount and then e-mail us and we will cancel the auction by mutually withdrawing it. This will, in no way, hurt your standing with eBay. It just allows us to be reimbursed for our eBay fees since we weren't able to complete the auction.
