My order has a status of "Processing". When will it ship?
Orders can have one of five different order statuses. These are detailed below.

Order Received:
All orders that have been paid with credit card or PayPal (except for PayPal eCheck payments) will have a status of "Order Received" at the time the order is placed. This does not mean the order is ready to go out the door. It simply means the order is ready to be processed and shipped. Orders marked as "Order Received" typically ship in 2 to 4 business days, however, during our busy season, shipping times may vary.

Processing:
Orders with a status of "Processing" are in the process of being picked, packed, and shipped.  Orders typically marked with this status ship either the same business day or next business day.

Shipped: Orders with a status of "Shipped" have been shipped and you should have received a shipping notification e-mail with shipment details and tracking information.  If you didn't receive this e-mail, please remember to check your spam folder as often times our e-mails wind up there.  Please note, you can also login to your Custom Crops account to get shipment information.

Mailing in Payment:
Orders with a status of "Mailing in Payment" are on hold until a mailed payment has been received. Once the mailed payment clears our bank (this includes money order payments), we will update the status of the order to "Ready for Shipment". Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after the mailed payment clears. Please note! The radio buttons for the "Credit Card" payment method and the "Mail in your Payment" payment method are right next to each other on our payment page and customers will sometimes enter their credit card information but choose the radio button for "Mail in your Payment". If this occurs, your credit card has not been charged and your order is currently on hold pending payment. Please call us to pay for your order via credit card.

Need Cust. Response to E-Mail:
Orders with this status are on hold until we get further information from you. Typically we will put orders on hold if we have a question regarding a selection you made or if an item has become unavailable. If your order is marked with this status and you haven't received an e-mail from us, please do not forget to check your spam folder as sometimes our messages do wind up there.
