Hi, My name is Megan Gravener and I have been into expressing creativity through crafts since childhood. My love for scrapbooking led me to the Cricut and the wonderful online world of tutorials. My hope is to add value to this online community with my experience in Scrapbooking, Cardmaking and crafting. Since purchasing my Cricut last year, I have become obsessed with helping others learn the value of all that their Cricut can offer them. The Cricut offers so many options many users don't know about, and I'm just the girl to show you how to get the most from your Cricut Machine.
Most recent news is the release of the Cricut Cutting Guide which has become a must have to any Cricut user out there. I have spent several months compiling over 450 different cuts to make on various materials and paper brands that you can cut with your Cricut. Not only are these listed, the Guide will tell you exactly what settings to use for the size cut you want and material you are using.
I am the founder of AboveRubiesStudio.com which was “born” out of childhood dreams of owning my own hair salon (I became a hair stylist right out of high school), but has now turned into a place where I can share crafting ideas with you. Little did I know these tutorials were only the start to teaching Cricut Classes at local scrapbook stores and having the honor of being on the CustomCrops design team.
I am married to an amazing man, Sean, who is not only an awesome web designer, he is an amazing daddy to our two little ones, Bensen and Jenaveieve. (Who I am sure you'll hear from time to time.)
Besides scrapbooking, I love teaching and playing with my kids. I also love shopping, singing at the top of my lungs, and a wonderful Starbucks Latte while walking around AC Moore. :) I'm very active in our Church in Douglassville, PA and I can't end this without giving thanks to God for blessing me beyond all I could ask or think! |
