Too cute to spook? What could be a better title for my little monkey on Halloween?? Of course the little stinker didn’t wear the full costume the whole night as it was a very warm Halloween and I had bought this nice polar fleece for him!
I saw a cute pumpkin Halloween border made out of vinyl and thought to myself, hey I can do that, and I can add some extra details to it! So home I went to design a pumpkin border in Cricut Design Studio with Stretch Your Imagination.
I then put some orange vinyl on a mat, cut the cut page with the Cricut, took out the blade carefully (make sure you don’t move around the blade housing), and replaced it with the mini Sharpie holder. I like to do the Sharpie details last so they don’t smear. I then “drew” the Sharpie page. I did let this dry a little before I removed it and added it to the page.

I then started my page and used the Tim Holtz distressing tool to rough up the edges, it is after all a Halloween page! Needs some scary grunge look to it!

I love when companies have coordinating papers, makes my pages so much easier to do! So I added another layer of paper with the distressed edges and my pumpkin border, and then pictures.

I cut my title out with Winter Woodlands, while it has a pretty Christmas feel to the font, it also worked really well on this page! I cut it out at 2 inches, and I love squishing my titles as tight as I can for a fun look!

I then cut some circles out on the Cricut, again using the Winter Woodlands cartridge. I ran those through the Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots embossing folder for more detail. Then I put some cute Making Memories ghosts on them.

And there you have it!
